Subscription Cancellation

Cancel renewal
Sign in to Design Studio and open Membership and select Manage web billing to open the Stripe billing portal. Review and confirm the cancellation there. The portal displays the effective date and subscription status. Cancellation and refunds are separate requests.
Other purchases
One-time credit packs do not renew. Subscriptions purchased through Apple must be managed in Apple subscription settings. If you cannot access billing management, contact [email protected] with your account email and order reference.
